Biography
Joseph Paul Annan, frequently known as J. Paul Annan, was born in Missouri on 15 Feb 1868. He married Mary Guion Gauss, of St. Louis, Missouri in March of 1893. Eventually they moved to Louisiana, and Paul died in Shreveport, Louisiana on 2 Oct 1936.

Biographical sketch
PAUL AMMAN was born on February 15, 1868. In March 1893 he married Mary Ohio Gauss, also from St. Louis, Missouri. Their children are (1) Margaret Amman (1895- , m. Jessie Garfield), (2) Ruth Amman (1894- , m. Randolph Mayer). By the 1910s they were living at 808 Ontario Street, Shreveport, Louisiana (Gauss 1982).
